Apple’s MacBook Pro

We recommend the 16-inch MacBook Pro (9/10, Recommend wired) with the M2 Pro chip for those who want a bigger screen and more battery life than the 14-inch model. This is the lowest price we’ve seen on this configuration, which features an M2 Pro processor with a 10-core CPU and 16-core GPU, 16 gigabytes of RAM, and a 512 gigabyte SSD. The M2 Pro is a bit more powerful with a 12-core CPU and a 19-core GPU (and a 1-terabyte SSD) as well on sale for $2,499 ($100 off). Don’t know which is better for you? Payment procedures our MacBook buying guide.

This 14-inch Intel Core i5 laptop is very attractive at this price point. You get an 11th Gen Intel chip, 8 gigabytes of RAM (soldered) and a 512 gigabyte SSD. The compelling part is the 3,840 x 2,400-pixel, 500-nit IPS display, which is stunningly sharp, bright, and hard to come by at this price point. Be sure to use the coupon code X1CG9Space to get the full deal. Note that the Core i7 configuration, bumping the RAM to 16 gigabytes, also sells for $1,808.

Dell XPS 13 Plus

We like Dell’s XPS 13 Plus (7/10, WIRED Review). This configuration has a 12th generation Intel Core i5 chip, 8 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD. This model has a 1,920 x 1,200 screen, which is very bright and sharp at this size, but it’s not a 4K model. However, you can buy a 4K monitor for more than $300, and there’s an option for Ubuntu Linux if you don’t need Windows 11.

This is the 16-inch, Intel version of the laptop I’m currently typing on. In this configuration, you get a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 chip, 16 gigabytes of RAM, and a beautiful 2.5K touchscreen. This is the Evo chip, which prioritizes battery life over raw processing power, but it still has plenty of power for average workloads and a battery that lasts all day.

We liked Moment’s telephoto lens so much we included it best compact camera guide. You will need a special phone cases to use themand don’t forget to add mount the drop-in lens so you can easily attach the lens to the back of your phone.

If you want to extend your reach with your mobile device, then this is the lens you are looking for. Why add a lens when your iPhone already has a wide angle? Faster aperture. Moment’s 18mm wide-angle gives you the opportunity to use the main camera on your iPhone, which means better low-light performance. That’s also a significantly wider angle than your phone’s lens. do not forget case and mount the drop-in lens.

If I had a compatible phone, this would be the lens I would buy. This lens works less than an inch from your subject and delivers a view you wouldn’t be able to get without it. If you’re interested in macro photography, this is much easier to use and much cheaper than a specialty DSLR range of tubes and lenses.

Fujifilm X100V

Photo: Fujifilm

Fujifilm X100V is ours favorite travel camera. It’s compact and relatively light, but it still has a great viewfinder (optical or digital) and a 24-megapixel APS-C sensor, which is larger than other cameras of this size typically offer. The deal isn’t huge, but thanks to the X100V’s popularity on TikTok, the price has skyrocketed, making it a relatively good purchase. This is pre-ordered (that common thing again), so you’ll have to be patient.

Moment’s Rugged Sling is aimed at street photographers who stalk the city all day. It has an internal modular organization system and its weather-resistant fabric is made from recycled sails (technically, it’s recycled polyester yarn and film, manufactured by north sail). The best part is the ingenious magnetic clamp system, which works great. This deal is for the 10 liter Olive color version; The 6-liter version is also on sale for $80 ($40 off). Not sure what size you should get? We have suggestions.

Moment makes a ton of great camera bags, straps, and cases when you’re out and about, but what about when you’re stuffing your gear in a cupboard? For my money, this is the best way to organize at home. I have three of these and they keep my lenses, drone and accessories ready, as well as a safety pad when I’m not using it. And yes, you can take these with you on the go, although I don’t use them that way.

This deal has been coming and going for a few weeks now, but it’s a good price for a SteelSeries keyboard of this caliber. It can be programmed with custom profiles, meaning you have a light interface during the day for work and then another profile for gaming with lighting effects at night.

If the above keyboard is overkill for you, we also really like this simple and inexpensive mini Bluetooth keyboard. It doesn’t have a numeric keypad and requires two AAA batteries, but on the plus side, it’s pink.
