The man, who received both doses of the vaccine, tested positive on arrival and had no symptoms, and was then asked to self-isolate.

A week later, with a negative Covid report from a private laboratory, he flew to Dubai. Samples from 24 of his primary contacts and 240 of his secondary contacts tested negative.
