When Plant vs. Will Benavidez fight?
Caleb Plant and David Benavidez will compete tonight, March 25, on pay-per-view channel Showtime during their 9:00pm ET/6:00pm PT event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
“Me, sometimes I will have to sit and fight. With someone like Benavidez, he’s going to be very hard for anyone to beat,” Shakur Stevenson said fightwhen asked for his thoughts on tonight’s game between David Benavidez and Caleb Plant.

“Experience is not something you can buy. You have to go to the fire to get it. I did that. I did it gracefully, and I went out with my shield [in 11th round knockout loss to Canelo Alvarez in November 2021 in their undisputed super middleweight championship bout in Las Vegas].
“I went right back and showed it just because things didn’t go my way. A lot of times, a loss can make or break a boxer. I showed it, but at any point in my life, any time like that, I’ll come back better; I will come back stronger and sharper.
“I did it against [Anthony] Dirrell and [tonight], you will see the best Caleb Factory. Not so much,” Plant said when asked if he questioned himself after his loss to Canelo and considered some people around him to be bad for him.
“A few changes have been made to the team, but I am only interested in moving forward with those guys. I feel grateful for everyone I’ve got on my team. Some things work, some things don’t, and that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone, but sometimes that’s how the dice roll.
“I have a great team, and I just look forward to rolling with them and getting my hands up and being the interim champion and moving forward bigger and better.
