“Are you eating bor/ber (jujube) this season,” she asked in the post’s caption. Calling it a seasonal and delicious Indian superfood, Rujuta Diwekar adds, “It’s rich in Vit C (richer than oranges), which kills dandruff and the secret behind glowing skin. Also great for sick children.”
Berries are truly one of the healthy and low-calorie fruits to consume during winter. Fiber-rich pleasure is enriched with Vitamin C. According to the USDA, a 100-gram serving of Berries can meet up to 115% of your daily Vitamin C requirement. Furthermore, Berries are enriched with antioxidants and can also help regulate blood pressure levels due to their high Potassium content.
