This recipe is very quick, as long as you have leftover butter chicken gravy at home. To start, all you need to do is knead the dough using all-purpose flour, set aside. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken filling for the momos. Mince the chicken and add in seasonings like salt, monosodium glutamate and more.
Once done, take out a small portion of the dough, roll it out and fill it with the prepared minced chicken. Apply water to the edges and pull the edges together to create a moos-like shape. Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes.
