A Chicago rapper is currently facing multiple charges after he was accused of posting pictures and videos of himself on social media – using drugs. The rapper has been subject to court-mandated electronic surveillance in connection with an active drug and gun case.

The sheriff’s office immediately went to Dekari’s home – when they learned of his social media posts – and claimed they found 7 pounds of marijuana, 19 bottles of promethazine and promethazine-codeine, Adderall, oxycodone , and other drugs. This is not the first time social media posts have troubled Dekari. In 2016, prosecutors showed a music video of the rapper wielding a gun and a stack of money during a robbery to a judge about to sentence him, incidentally robbing a family in their home. .
The judge gave him seven years.
