Classic Jurassic Park scene recreated in PlayStation game
The video you’re about to watch is already built in Dreamsis a video game but also some kind of mystical toolkit that allows you to create whatever.
You may have seen many, often hard to understand Dreams videos if you spend enough time on forums or Twitter. I say confusing because the game is very flexible and strong that many of its best works are beginning to look a lot like the things they are trying to recreate or pay homage to.
I wrote about a Sonic the Hedgehog game last yearfor example, that… looks like something Sega will roll out 5 to 10 many years ago. Jack Yarwood’s Excellence on the Game for Us in 2020 contains a variety of other impressions as well as examples, from still images (as shown below) to homage games.
However, the video that I want to talk about tonight is an amazing re-enactment of one of the most famous scenes from Jurassic Parkuses darkness and modern computing power to look almost indistinguishable from the actual movie scene:
G/O Media may receive a commission

Benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation
For $10 or more, you can help hospitalized kids get access to video games—and get some sweet games for yourself too, including Lego Star Wars – The Complete Saga.
Here’s the original scene for comparison (I’ve set it to autoplay at the right moment in the video below, but if for whatever reason it doesn’t work on your device, you’ll want to skip to 3:18):
And here’s a direct screenshot comparison:
If you’re wondering how Krenautican created it, or just want to watch it in higher resolution, this YouTube video breaks down his whole process. It shows the hard work required to build the set to scale, requiring everything from the size of the fence wiring to the angle of the car door to match the original.
