I was delighted to see it has a built-in spoon rest like original always Pan! The Gang Always Pan pan comes with a heat handle that slides onto the handle so it doesn’t get hot!
Another well-loved feature is the glass lid where you can see your masterpiece while you cook.
The pan itself weighs 6.9 pounds [she is legit friends] moderate weight so there aren’t any hot spots and maximum heat retention.
