How to make matar tikki roll?
1) First and foremost, take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add fennel seeds and boiled green beans. You can add a little green chili and crushed ginger. Mix it well and then mash the chickpeas while they are in the pan. You can use a crusher for this purpose.
2) Now, add boiled potatoes, then seasonings like turmeric, chaat masala and salt. Mix well for a few minutes. Use a binder like cornstarch and then transfer it to a plate. Now take some parts from the mix and give it the shape of tikkis. Fry them until they turn a little brown.
3) Finally, take the lachha paratha and put it on the table. Drizzle with some mayonnaise, followed by green chili sauce. Now you can order a few tikkis and break them in half just to spread them evenly to make wrappers. Add some sauce like onion, lime juice and red chili powder. Fold neatly and your tikki matar wrap is ready.
