Cretaceous Dinosaur Camp Invades Jurassic World Evolution 2 in the new DLC
Jurassic World: Camp Creta is an animated series on Netflix related to theatrical films of the Jurassic period, like Clone Wars connected to the Star Wars movies. Although targeting younger demographics, Cretaceous camp surprisingly dark, tells the story of a group of children traveling to a dinosaur camp, only to get lost in the wilderness and hunted by thunderous beasts.
Jurassic World Evolution 2The latest DLC offering delves into the expansive lore of Camp Creta and will be released on March 8 for $9.99. You won’t see any creepy kids, but you’ll see some of the series’ unique dinosaurs – some of which rank among the most common in the entire Jurassic universe. That dinosaur was Bumpy, an Ankylosaurus that bonded with the kids and journeyed with them for the first few seasons of the series.
Players can also add the deadly Scorpios Rex to their park. This red-eyed beast is another Henry Wu hybrid, so it’s fun to watch on hunting trails. The DLC pack also adds the smaller predator Monolophosaurus. Both these carnivores have 12 different body colors and seven different patterns.
The DLC offers a bunch of other dinosaur variations to sync with the specific versions shown in the show. This listing includes the brown Kentrosaurus color, which allows you to add Pierce to the park. You can also change the colors of the Baryonynx to create a trio called Limbo, Grim and Chaos. You can even brew a luminescent Parasaurolophus Lux. The pack gives you eight different skins to bring out the true colors of Cretaceous Camp. You can see some of them in the trailer below:
On the DLC release date, Frontier Developments will release a free update that adds a species viewer, new decorations, and a host of other tweaks and fixes. Odds are that the next DLC pack will focus on the upcoming movie, Jurassic Park Dominionpremieres exclusively in theaters on June 10.
