When I was on my way back to the office full time, there was one thing that I needed to refresh in my wardrobe (after wearing sports clothing for over a year), is to find some comfortable work shoes for spring and summer. Ambassador LIY, Lisa here! Like Development director for a local nonprofit Working to address and prevent homelessness, there has never been a day like mine. Some days, you’ll find me in ongoing meetings out of the office with donors and volunteers who support our mission. Some days, I go out to present to churches and businesses to share the work we are doing. I also often attend events in the evening. So updating my shoe cabinet with things that are chic, stylish but most importantly comfortable is my top priority.
While searching the Internet, I kept a few things in mind while browsing the web. Whether you’re back at the office or looking for a chic and stylish pair of heels for your wardrobe (that won’t leave you blistered!) These three options are definitely worth a try!
First, a “staple” – A comfort pump will look good as well as being able to stand comfortably while giving a presentation or walking from one meeting to another. While there are plenty of nude pumps to choose from, I also wanted something with a bit of spin; Not just a basic nude pump. This suede pump is exactly what I had in mind. It is extremely comfortable; extremely! It runs true to size and my toes aren’t pressed inwards and the soles are padded with great support. Pair it with this Express wear clothes; I have never felt more confident and comfortable than that. This outfit is perfect for office presentations and travel. The dress hugs you in every right position and has great stretch for added comfort.

The second thing I’m looking for is a flat. I love mules and love how you can wear them with casual pants or wear them with jeans and a blazer. Sam Edelman is one of those LIY communities and you would normally think high heels or sandals, but these mules you do NOT want to miss. They don’t slip and slide off your feet and are very comfortable. The running shoes are true to size and have no gaps in the heel. This outfit is so pretty and a nice color palette. Old Navy trousers very soft and perfectly matched with Gibsonlook fleece jacket it’s equally soft, but structured.

My last pair comfortable shoes are trending heavy this season so I wanted to see if they were equally comfortable. OH. Mine. Oh my God! (The answer is yes, yes, yes!) I wore these to a fundraising event and got thousands of compliments on them and didn’t have to peel them off my feet at the end of the night. Each outfit that comes with these heels will show you how versatile a pair of black heels and chunky heels can be styled.
