As we started bringing the office into our home, we learned to prioritize work-life balance and be grateful for the people we have in our lives.

Handwashing: What started as a mandatory precaution during covid two years ago, has become a part of our lives. Intentionally and sometimes unintentionally, we begin to wash our hands, which is a great habit, especially when we come back from outside, as we are now wary of germs and viruses. that we can bring. For most parts of India, we have a culture of eating with our hands. Before eating, it is imperative to wash your hands with soap and clean thoroughly.

wear the mask: Masks not only protect us from viruses but also help us protect ourselves from pollutants in the air. With Diwali and winter approaching in October, we are all dismayed by the spectacle of suffering and pollution facing Delhi NCR. With it, we also learned that masks are a must in everyday life, with or without covid.

Do exercise: Prioritizing our health helps to increase the level of immunity we need to fight any virus or any disease. Our body’s immunity helps fight the diseases we are exposed to. Therefore, it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and a good diet can strengthen the body’s immunity.

Alcohol, tobacco: Drinking alcohol, smoking and smoking are extremely harmful, moreover they destroy the body’s immunity. They also cause lung disorders, liver problems, and cardiovascular disease. To lead a healthy and long life, we need to reduce and eventually give up these harmful habits.
