ESPN 300 defensive quarterback Caden Curry commits to Ohio State, plunges into rival Michigan
Ohio State get a commit from ESPN 300 line of defense Cadenum curry on Tuesday, the day before college football early signing time.
Overall, Curry is the No. 92 prospect and a 6-foot-5, 250-pound player from Greenwood, Indiana. He picked the Buckeyes over a final group consisting of Alabama, Clemson, Indiana and Oregon.
Although hailing from Indiana, Curry immersed himself in the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry immediately after he announced his commitment live on CBS. After he informed the Buckeyes, he was asked about Ohio State’s loss to Michigan this season and replied, “It won’t happen again.”

Curry offers Ohio State 13 ESPN 300 pledges, as the 2023 safe five-star Sonny Styles is reclassified into the 2022 category and will sign on Wednesday. Curry was part of a big defense in this class for the Buckeyes with ESPN 300 linebackers CJ Hicks and Gabe Powers, defensive quarterback Kenyatta Jackson Jr. and defensive backs Terrance Brooks and Jyaire Brown.
The state of Ohio with 5th place overall entered the early signing phase.
