Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade coming to Epic Games Store next week
Announced during The Game Awards 2021, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade will finally arrive on PC on December 16, more than a year after the game’s initial release and several months after its launch on PS5. However, it seems likely that Intergrade will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store, or at least, a non-EGS version that has yet to be detailed.
The trailer that aired during The Game Awards 2021 begins with the Epic Games Store logo and the ending screen that appears at the end of the trailer with no mention of Steam. So, if you want to play Final Fantasy 7 Remake on PC next week, you’ll have to buy it on the Epic Games Store right now.
As a reminder, Intergrade includes the Intermission story collection. That means you’ll be able to play as Yuffie and infiltrate Shinra’s base as the famous ninja on PC. You’ll also get to play Cloud, Aerith, etc. through the base story of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, which should be great. You can read about why in Game informant Final Fantasy 7 Remake Review. Read about how The sequel to Redo will be quite different afterward.
