My go-to gloss in the last year! I love the moisture and thickness of this polish [no, it’s not sticky!] I apply it every time after makeup and it gives me just enough color for the whole day!

When you see something that’s one of Amazon’s best sellers, and for less than $13, it’s worth a shot. The reviews don’t lie – this hair mask pack a big punch. And the best news? It really doesn’t take long at all. I simply use shampoo in the shower, wash it out and then try to hold as much of my hair as possible. Then, I apply a little of this hair mask mixture to my hair by running my fingers through my hair so it is evenly covered and wait for about 7 minutes then wash it off. In those 7 minutes, it’s a great time to shave or do the same activities you’ve neglected for weeks. The end result: silky, soft hair that smells, feels and looks amazing.
If there’s one miracle product for those who regularly pull those wispy gray hairs out of our heads, it’s this one. I keep hearing about this mascara and need to try it for myself. I must say it is definitely on my list of favorites!
Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer
I also shared this bronzer In “Our Empties“Blog post because it’s delicious at a GREAT price. It’s only $10 and is one of the best out there in my opinion! It goes beautifully and smells like a tropical vacation. I don’t even need a plane to fly me to an island with this handy bronzer! This will also last you for a long time. I also doubled it and used it as eyeshadow!
Nail art tools / Acetone / UV Nail Light / Gel polish
Okay girls, I’m painting my own nails! I went to the Amazon aisles and found these nail art tools and Nail UV lamp. I completed my home kit with this gel polish set and a bottle acetone. I absolutely love the UV lamp for nails – it works great and works quickly! I also love that it has a nice design and isn’t too bulky. Homemade nail art tools are easy and accessible and I use both ends of the tool to create simple designs [flowers, lines, dots, etc. are a good place to start!]. As for the gel polish set, I like the color and it comes with a top coat and base coat, though, the polish itself is a bit thick and I find that if I apply too thick it can flake off. in one day. or two! So I ordered this gel polish brand due to the excellent reviews on Amazon and I can’t wait to try it out! Overall, I’m very happy with this little kit I’ve created and have even started doing my friends’ nails!
I was # protected by Erin when it came to this travel makeup box! This came to me recently on a girls trip to Florida! It’s such a simple thing but to be honest I was very happy with it during the trip! It’s small enough to carry around but it holds everything I could possibly need! I even buy extra makeup while traveling and have the space to pack it! For under $20, this is one of my favorite purchases!
Let’s be honest, manicure has been around for a long time, but the LIY team fell in love imPress nails. No messy glue needed, just peel off the adhesive and stick it directly on your clean nails! I like to apply them as the VERY VERY last thing to do before climbing into bed so they can “settle” through the night – I think that makes them last longer! I also push them a little under my cuticles and hold each side for about 15 seconds! While I’d like to think it’s an art, it’s not, and I’ll get an occasional pop for a few hours, but usually I can get away with them a week – sometimes more! I keep some glue in my wallet just in case when I’m out and about!

I’m the girl the eyebrows want to be, but I need all the help! So between microblading treatment in some false hairs and this eyebrow gel, I’m getting the most fullness I could possibly hope for “naturally”! It keeps the strands in place, darkens things a bit, and creates a bit of volume when needed!
“The summer body is made in the winter.” Well, apparently summer feet are made in winter too if you’re using one of these These foot blisters! These have been popularized by CRAZY for the past few years, so I’m finally testing them out! And if you haven’t heard of them, prepare your feet for PEEL [aka don’t let anyone see your feet for two weeks – seriously!]. This is the approach I took after researching what people say works best:
- Soak your feet for 10 minutes. Dry them thoroughly.
- Wear plastic booties for Baby Food.
- Put a pair of socks on top of them.
- Leave for 2-3 hours [make yourself comfy on the couch, girlfriend!].
- Rinse and wait 5-7 days!
I find Olaplex a bit heavy on my thinning hair, leaving it feeling greasy pretty quickly [which calls for more hair-washing than I prefer]. If you have nice hair, I can’t recommend Redken Acid Bond enough lines! My stylist even complimented me on how much healthier my hair looks [a major WIN!].

I have tried many different skin dyes over the years and this is one of my favorites so far!
