Fitbit Releases ‘Review of 2021’, Offers Details on Step Count, Sleep, and More
Fitbit offers users the ability to view the highlights of their fitness data from the past year as part of its ‘Review 2021’ feature. Users will be able to view helpful details about their activity and sleep from 2021, and view information with easy-to-understand metrics like average sleep hours, total active minutes, total steps, and their most active day. According to emails received by users, the 2021 Fitbit Year Assessment is based on aggregated and anonymized data from global Fitbit users from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
As part of the ‘Review 2021’ email sent to Fitbit customer, Owned by Google The service is sharing notable moments from the past year, such as their most active day, where users took the most steps, and the total number of steps taken in 2021. Some metrics also compared to the Fitbit community, such as last year’s total exercise days. Fitbit also encourages users to choose Fitbit Premium for more details with the service’s Health Report.
The Fitbit wearable also helps users track their sleep, and the 2021 Review offers some interesting insights into a user’s daily sleep schedule. This service displays average sleep time, average bedtime and wake-up time as well as average sleep scoring. Users can also compare these stats with the Fitbit community, just like to track steps.
In addition to step counting and sleep tracking, users can also check Active Zone Minutes (AZM) totals data, providing users with insights into their total AZM for 2021 along with their daily average. According to the company, features like Daily Readiness Score will require a Fitbit Premium membership.
