Google Pixel Watch, Pixel 6a Memory, and Color Details Limited Before Official Launch

According to a report, the Google Pixel Watch could break the envelope in the future as it appeared alongside the Pixel 6a on the US carrier terminal inventory system. The Pixel Watch has been part of the rumor mill for a while, but Google has yet to confirm its existence. The smartwatch will likely cause an uphill battle with the Apple Watch, though it could also make the competition stiffer against the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 that launched last year.

The Google Pixel Watch appeared on the inventory system with the codename “rohan”, Android Police report, quotes a person familiar with the development. The database that includes its details is also said to suggest that the smartwatch will launch in at least three different colors, namely Black, Gold and Gray.

Google is said to be planning to launch the Pixel Watch with a 32GB storage option. This shows that the smartwatch can carry twice the storage available on the device Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 that arrive with 16GB memory. The Apple Watch Series 7on the other hand, yes same 32GB storage since the rumored Pixel Watch.

The Pixel Watch is also said to have a cellular variant to offer standalone connectivity – similar to the Galaxy Watch and Apple Watch.

Along with the Pixel Watch, Android Police claims that the carrier inventory system includes Google Pixel 6a, codenamed “bluejay”. It appears to come in three different colors: Black, Green, and White. The phone is also said to have 128GB of internal storage.

Exact details on pricing and availability for both the Pixel Watch and Pixel 6a are not available in the system, according to the report.

However, tipper Max Jambor in January report that Pixel 6a and Pixel Watch will launch in May – during Google I/O 2022.
