Social media has brought so many positive things to our lives. As we said, all is not bad. You can connect with friends and family remotely, make new friends, build connections and communities, grow your business, you get it.

How does it feel to use Instagram for a long time? Worried about not being able to check your phone? Do certain accounts you follow make you feel bad about yourself? Are you making truly meaningful connections with people on your social media?

Ask yourself these questions to learn more about yourself. This way, you can track your anxiety pattern and prevent it in the future.

Now that you’re more aware of the effects social media can have on your life, you can take steps to change your social media habits.
