In his solution, the cook first asked his followers to heat the pan to a very high temperature. Then add in some oil and keep it until it becomes smoke. Then, in a separate bowl, remove the oil. Finally, heat the pan again. This way the pan will become non-stick for a while.

3. Hold the pot lid and move it to a burner that won’t turn on. Let the rice sit for 5 to 10 minutes to absorb more of the steam during the cooking process. Without a lid, your rice may burn and stick down.
