1. Elderly people are often encouraged to use radiators to control the ambient temperature, wear thick layers of wool or stay indoors when the weather is particularly cold because as we age, our bodies become less tolerant of lower temperatures.

2. For the body to function smoothly and efficiently, it is important to keep the body active in addition to staying warm. Winter is the best season to extend bedtime, but exercise and physical activity will help you sweat and flush out toxins while maintaining healthy skin.

3. Since the first parts of the body to feel cold are the fingers, earlobes, toes, and tip of the nose, it is recommended that you wear gloves and a warm hat to protect your head, ears, and hands from the elements. . Before settling under the additional visor, put on socks and a pair of pajamas.
