Chicken Kofta Recipe: How To Make Chicken Kofta Curry
Add minced chicken, onion, green pepper, garlic and coriander leaves. Mix well and form balls of the mixture. Keep it in the refrigerator. Next, saute the onion and grind it into a paste with curd.
Heat oil in a pan, add all spices and ginger-garlic powder. Once the coarse smell is gone, add the brown paste and tomato puree. Add all seasoning powders except garam masala. Fry on low heat with a little water for 2-3 minutes until the oil separates. Add water and garam masala. Slide the meatballs in and cover the pan. Let the kofta cook for 20-25 minutes.
