Start by heating the oil in a pan. Add some cumin seeds and let them crack. Add garlic, hing and onion, saute until they are translucent. Add turmeric and green chili. Next, add sliced bhindi and season with salt. Cover the pan and let the pot bake for about 5 minutes. Open the lid and add red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well. This is a dry dish so only add water if needed. Sabzi is ready!
