How to make Makhmali Murgh. Makhmali Murgh Formula:
Make chicken broth by boiling the meat in water until it’s cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken and mix the chicken broth with the milk. Set the milk broth aside.
Heat the buttermilk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Saute jute and pepper. When they splatter, add the onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions are transparent. Add the coriander powder, tomato puree, salt, green pepper, and chicken stock. Pour in the broth and pour into a bowl. Add some cornstarch mixture to thicken the gravy.
Mix together the tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and half of the coriander leaves. Serve hot, garnish with the rest of the coriander leaves.
