Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor Leads All Players in Pro Bowl Fan Voting
Indianapolis Colts run again Jonathan Taylor, which leads the NFL in yard rush this season, leads all players in fan votes for the 2022 Pro Bowl.
Tournaments Announcement of early voting totals on Wednesday, announced that Taylor had 81,087 votes. Taylor, in his second season, has 1,122 yards of charge this season and is close to a 5-touch performance last Sunday in the Colts’ win over the Bills.
Spacious receiver Cooper Kupp, the NFL leader in terms of receiving with 1,141 yards, was second in the vote with 80,673 votes.
Chief of Kansas City tight ending Travis Kelce (79,910), Cleveland Browns end defense Myles Garrett (76,064) and Dallas Cowboys hidden corner Trevon Diggs (75,637) rounded up the top five recipients of the vote.
Garrett, a two-time Pro Bowl player, leads the NFL with 13 eliminations, and Diggs leads the league with eight interceptions. Kelce, a six-time Pro Bowl pick, is having another standout season and is second on the Chiefs with 821 receiving yards and five touchdowns.
Taylor, Kupp and Diggs have yet to be selected for the Pro Bowl.
The Dallas Cowboys have the most Pro Bowl votes by team, followed by New England Patriots, Rams, Chiefs and Baltimore Raven.
Fan voting will continue until Thursday, December 16.
Players will be selected for the 2022 Professional Rugby League based on votes from fans, players and coaches with each group tally being a third of the 80 selected players.
The 2022 Pro Bowl picks will be announced on Monday, December 20 at 7 p.m. ET.
