For some people, the day only begins after they drink their first cup of coffee. It seems that actress Karisma Kapoor also falls on the rapidly growing list. In one of her latest Instagram Stories, she revealed her love for coffee. Picture has a cup of hot coffee. “Coffee and me,” Karisma wrote on the image, adding a heart emoji at the end. Health experts believe that drinking a moderate amount of coffee – 2-4 cups – can be healthy for most people and reduce the risk of certain health problems such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression.
