“WHEREAS, the Senate recognizes that as important to the well-being of Kentucky equestrianism as the safety of human and equine athletes and the integrity of the sport is paramount;

“first. The Kentucky Senate called on the Federal Trade Commission and the HISA Agency to review HISA’s funding approach and ensure that they provide uniform treatment to all states.

“2. The Secretary of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Commissioners of the Federal Trade Commission, the Board of Directors of HISA, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, and the Majority Leader of the United States Senate.
