Lea Michele will miss out on some fun girls due to COVID-19
There’s nothing funny about Coronavirus.
Lea Michele announced that she has tested positive for COVID-19four days after starting herreading as Fanny Brice In Funny girl above Broadway. As a result, she will be forced to miss some performances.
Actress shared the disappointing news on her Instagram Stories explains that she must be isolated as she recovers.
“According to the production process, I couldn’t return to the cinema for 10 days,” she wrote on September 10. “Thankfully today staying home and catching this early has protected so many members of the company. Our company is not exposed.”
The Glee alum says she’s not the only one at the theater battling the virus.
“Funny girl was and is still facing a huge COVID wave with nearly a dozen company members currently out,” she continued. We are almost on the other side of this and our friends and team of engineers are doing an incredible job keeping our program on its feet. “
