Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik on Tuesday sought to find out why the Drug Control Department saved Kashif Khan, one of the organizers of the tourist party where the NCB conducted a raid last month, and What is his relationship with anti-narcotics agency official Sameer Wankhede. .
He stated that Kashif Khan and NCB’s Mumbai regional director Sameer Wankhede have a “strong relationship”.
Mr Malik also tweeted purported conversations of NCB witness KP Gosavi and an “informer” from Delhi, which, he said, suggest “they are planning to trap people who will be attending the party on the internet”. Cordelia Cruise”.
“This is Sameer Wankhede’s private army, so he has a lot to answer,” the NCP leader said.
KP Gosavi was NCB’s witness in the tourist drug case in which at least 20 people, including actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, were arrested following the October 2 raid. .
KP Gosavi was last month arrested by Maharashtra Police on charges of forgery.
According to Mr Malik, the Delhi-based “informer” told Gosavi about Khan and a White Dubey.
“Why wasn’t Kashif Khan questioned? What is the relationship between Kashif Khan and Sameer Wankhede? ‘ asked the minister.
He said it is a fact that the drug business exists in Goa through the Russian mafia. Goa is also under the jurisdiction of the NCB’s Mumbai office, he noted.
Malik alleged: “There was no action in Goa because drugs thrived through Kashif Khan,” Malik alleged.
He claims to have several alleged tampering cases against Kashif Khan and wonders why NCB is trying to save him.
Last week, Parliamentary Minister Aslam Shaikh said he had been invited by Kashif Khan to a yacht party on October 2.
Mr. Malik also said that Kashif Khan tried his best to entice Shaikh and the children of top government ministers to the party.
Mr Malik called the tour group’s raid “fake” and accused the NCB and Wankhede of trapping people.
Mr Wankhede has previously denied the charges against him.
Earlier this year, Mr. Malik’s son-in-law Sameer Khan was arrested by the NCB in a drug case and later released on bail.
