Morning Skincare Routine You Can Do Every Day

However, let’s get one thing straight: a morning skincare routine is completely different from a nighttime skincare routine. The same is true of the products you use and purpose.

Your morning skincare routine should prepare your face for the day, protect it from environmental aggressors and Prepare your face for makeup. Daily morning skin care routine

♡ Step 1: Hydrate.

First thing first, literally as soon as you open your eyes, HYDRATE. We cannot stress how important this is. Drink water first thing in the morning yes so many beneficial for your skin as well as your overall health. These benefits include:

Step 2: Wash off with a mild cleanser. (Nothing too harsh).

Skin care enthusiasts are torn about this. Some wash their faces in the morning and others don’t. Like, why wash off all the expensive skincare from the night before? But other than that, some people might think that’s gross. So you make friends here, but if you clean in the morning, keep it light.

When washing your face, remember to never scrub too hard. Vigorous rubbing can do more harm than good and lead to dry skin. Simply rub your fingers in small circles all over your face – gently. Remember to include hard-to-reach areas around the corners of your lips and nose.

When it comes to facial cleansing, we have a ton of cleanser recommendations:

Step 3: Apply toner.

Next on the list is applying your toner. When you use toner, it’s like cleaning your face a second time. Toners are made to remove any impurities left behind after your initial cleansing and pore tightening. A clean face and invisible pores to start the day – PLEASE YES.

Other benefits of using a toner include moisturizing the skin and protecting it from external aggressors. Toners are also great for soothing and refreshing tired skin. We love Holi (Water) Pearl and Hyaluronic Toner, hazelor Darphin’s.

Step 4: Apply eye cream.

Like we mentioned earlier, anti-aging starts now. Like right now. This is why eye cream is so important. Not only do they reduce the look of the bags we get when we sleep, but they also help reduce fine lines and wrinkles that get worse as we age. The point is, don’t skip the eye cream.

Step 6: Apply a moisturizing oil or serum to your face.

Depending on your skin type and preferences, there are a variety of skin oils and serums to choose from. However, regardless of your skin tone, we recommend using Citamine C serum, green tea serum or antioxidant serum. Oh, and we can’t forget hyaluronic acid either.

Benefits of using a serum in the morning include protecting your skin from environmental factors, light-induced free radical production, UV rays and sun damage.

Apply a few drops to all major parts of the face (cheeks, forehead, chin, nose) and gently dab in. Our favorite serums include rosehip oil, Vintner’s Daughter Botanical Serum, GenOptics Aura Essence Serumand BIOeffect EGF Serum – just to name a few!

Step 6: Lock it all up with a nourishing moisturizer.

One of the most important steps on this list is MOISTURIZING. If you want to have radiant, soft and sexy skin, you absolutely can can not Skip this step. Moisturizing your skin, especially first thing in the morning, helps prevent dry and chapped skin and skin is too oily. Yes – moisturizing can help prevent both extremes.

Applying a moisturizer will help your skin look so much healthier. Plus, it also helps prevent sun damage, increases cell turnover, and can help prevent those breakouts and blemishes.

Step 7: Massage face.

While not absolutely necessary, we strongly recommend massaging your face every morning with HOT ROLLER MESS ICE. It is rejuvenating, soothing and the perfect way to get the blood flowing.

Step 8: Apply sunscreen. (Most important).

The key to flawless, soft and clear skin is sun protection. This is the truth. So while this is the last step in this morning routine, it is one of the most important!.

When it comes to applying sunscreen, here are some key tips:

Use at least SPF 30.

Apply a thin layer, all over the face.
