Newsmax Host Eric Bolling, Confused By Mike Lindell ‘Raid,’ Whips Out Pocket Constitution

When people who refuse to vote Mike Lindell appeared on Newsmax Wednesday night to describe the FBI’s execute a search warrant for his cell phone the day before, the presenter Eric Bolling did not seem to understand how such an event could happen, at one point, a pocket-sized Constitution to express his displeasure.

After the MyPillow CEO complained about his phone being his livelihood, Bolling read aloud part of a document the FBI gave Lindell, which noted that the agency had conducted an “‘investigation’ official criminal record of a suspected felony.'”

“How can the FBI go? [to] a private citizen running a business from his phone? I just don’t know how…” he continued before interrupting and repeating his question. “There is a difference between criminal and civil. Do they think this is both civil and criminal? “

“No, I think what they’re talking about here – because it says my phone has been subpoenaed – I think they want my phone to be a witness to other things going on in Colorado or other things. elsewhere there is evidence of this with these machines,” said Lindell. “And after talking to them, they said it had nothing to do with January 6th.”

FBI seized right-wing influencers The phone is believed to be involved in a voting machine breach last year in Mesa County, Colorado. Tina Peters . County Clerk was chargedd with 10 counts (including seven felonies) of the alleged violation.

However, a few minutes later, Lindell didn’t seem to fully accept what the FBI had done. “Why would you take a citizen’s phone?” he asks.

“I have the Constitution,” Bolling replied confidently, holding a pocket version of the document. “The Fourth Amendment protects against unlawful or unlawful searches and seizures. You may have a Fourth Amendment case against the FBI. I’m not sure what they’ll find on your phone, but for God’s sake.”

“They won’t find anything,” Lindell claimed, then adjusted his prediction to include “lots of promo codes” for MyPillow products.

Similar to Lindell and Bolling’s ramblings about how the FBI later seized their phones at Hardee’s restaurant in the midwest there could be some sort of profound constitutional issue, former President Donald Trump reacted to the news by lament how? “The majesty of the United States is gone.”
