In February, I was introduced to a new concept that surprised me in every sense of the word: Old Navy Rockstar Super Skinny 3-in-1 High Waist Jeans That Fit You. The idea is that you choose a size range (0-00, 2-6, 8-12, 14-18, 20-24, and 26-30) instead of a single number, since these are all too common to weigh. Our weight fluctuates. I was skeptical at first, but overall really impressed. At the time, the only thing that confused me was the fact that they were only available as tight jeans and as a person looking towards wide leg style These days, I hope the brand will finally launch a pair. What I like about these jeans
This may sound complicated, but these jeans are so comfortable that it doesn’t feel like it. . . Jeans. I’m wearing them right now and they don’t go deep into me, nor do they feel stiff or constricting. They’re soft to the touch and stretchy, likely because they’re made from a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex. And not too dramatic, but I’ll be cool to wear them every day for the foreseeable future. Another thing I love is the fit: they fit well over the hips and thighs and flare out at the bottom, which I find flattering. I combined them with one of the Favorite Old Navy jumpsuits and a pair of wedges, a simple, comfortable look that feels cohesive and uplifting.
Something worth noting
One notable thing about these jeans is that they’re the brand’s *Extra* High Rise jeans, which means they’re an inch taller than the firm’s standard high-rise jeans and sit above the navel. That said, if you don’t normally opt for high-rise styles, they may be a bit taller than you’re used to and therefore may not be for everyone.
Another thing to keep in mind is that some shoppers find them too long. According to the brand’s website, they are designed to hit below the ankle. I’m 5″ 9″ and find them to be just the right length, but I can see how they might be too long for some people. That said, though, if you’re thinking of lifting them up for a drop, they can pair perfectly with a pair of heels.
Who are these jeans best for?
These are the best for those who are looking really comfortable denim pair That’s forgiving when it comes to size. Personally, I find the FitsYou 3-Sizes-in-1 concept to be a breath of fresh air because it’s so much less stressful to wear jeans when I’m feeling bloated or gaining a few pounds. I could rely on this briefcase and the aforementioned skinny jeans to adjust to my body shape at the time. And you can’t say that about *most* jeans, can you?
