The OnePlus Buds Z2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Headphones are said to be launching in the Indian market soon. The launch date has yet to be officially confirmed by the Chinese smartphone maker, but according to a tip, the TWS earbuds from OnePlus are all set to launch in the country in early 2022. Price details of the OnePlus Buds Z2 in India have also been revealed. The headphones, announced to the global market recently, feature active noise cancellation (ANC) and carry 11mm dynamic drivers. OnePlus Buds Z2 also offers Pro Gaming mode to bring low latency to mobile gamers.
OnePlus Buds Z2’s Pricing details in India have been shared by popular tipper Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) at cooperation with 91Mobiles.
According to the report, OnePlus earbuds can cost Rs. 4,999 in India. The OnePlus Buds Z2 Pearl White color option is said to be initially available in the country. The Obsidian Black option will likely go on sale later.
To recall, the OnePlus Buds Z2 headphones are launched globally at $99 (about Rs 7,600) or EUR 99 (about Rs 8,600). OnePlus Buds Z2 was first launched in China on October this year – together with OnePlus 9RT. The earbuds are priced at CNY 499 (about Rs 6,000) in the Chinese market.

The OnePlus Buds Z2 is the successor to the OnePlus Buds Z that was launched last year. The new pair have 11mm dynamic drivers and have ANC support. The OnePlus Buds Z2 is said to have up to 40dB of noise cancellation. The earphones are rated IP55 for water and dust resistance, while the included charging case is IPX4 water resistant.
Each OnePlus Buds Z2 headset carries three microelectromechanical system (MEMS) microphones that act as feedback, forward, and beamforming microphones. The earbuds also support Dolby Atmos.
The OnePlus Buds Z2 offers Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity that delivers latency as low as 94ms when using Pro Gaming mode. The headset also offers Movie, Immersive Music, and Mobile Game modes.
The OnePlus Buds Z2 is said to offer up to 38 hours of listening time on a single charge along with the charging case. Each of the Buds Z2 headphones has a 40mAh battery and is rated to provide 5 hours of playback with ANC or 7 hours without ANC. The charging case has a 520mAh battery and comes with a USB Type-C port for charging.
