OK, obviously I’m speaking from experience here, but after putting together our most popular cookie recipes, it’s clear I’ll have to preheat my oven soon.

Start with a bang (as they say) with giant oversized chocolate chip cookie. I’ve done these a few times, and trust me — they’re incredible. I love the richness of the chocolate crumbs, the crispy edges and the soft heart.
