15 Minute Biryani Recipe: How to Make Soy Biryani in 15 Minutes:
- Soak the soybean blocks in hot water and hold for a few minutes.
- Strain the soybean blocks, add ginger-garlic powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and biryani masala.
- Add salt to taste and some crushed kasoori methi. Mix everything together and add dahi, green peppers, potatoes, carrots and beans to it. You can customize your vegetables.
- Finally, add fresh mint and coriander leaves, mix everything together and set aside.
- Add some oil and buttermilk to the cooking pan and then add some cumin, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon. Let them splash.
- Then add the onion, ginger-garlic and tomato and cook.
- Now, add the marinated soybean blocks in it and cook.
- Now layer it with soaked basmati rice, birista (fried onion), freshly chopped mint and coriander, saffron-infused milk and buttermilk in turn.
- Add a little water and cook to a whistle.
And instantly, your quick soya biryani is ready to enjoy.
