Yati Narsinghanand, the religious leader who organized an event in Haridwar last month calling for the genocide of Muslims, was arrested for offensive remarks against women, and not for hate speech. at Dharam Sansad or religious council in Haridwar, police sources told NDTV. days after being arrested.
