We found such a story that will humble us and inspire us at the same time! A woman from Mumbai had a dream of having her own restaurant, and after years of hard work, she was finally able to achieve it. The inspirational story of Sangeeta’s Kitchen starts with only 2500 INR. She really wants to open her own restaurant, but she doesn’t have the capital for it. The lack of money did not stop her from living her dream.

Sangeeta with her husband only has 2500 INR in savings. After borrowing money from friends, they were finally able to start a small restaurant of their own – Sangeeta’s Kitchen. Using the money earned from the restaurant, they even pay back the loans! Sangeeta suffered severe burns to her arms and legs in her restaurant, but she didn’t stop working. The restaurant has a variety of thali for everyone to enjoy. Watch:

Before founding the restaurant, Sangeeta began her culinary career selling rotis. Then she opened a tiffin making business, a small-scale but hugely popular business in Mumbai. By saving money through her tiffin service, she has switched to having a vada pav stall and now even a small restaurant! The video was uploaded by YouTube food blogger “Swad Official” and it has garnered 144k views and 5k likes.
