Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Action Figures Hints on how to play guns in the sequel
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the highly anticipated Fallen Order sequel that will bring back Cal Kestis as the Jedi Knight. The game has no release date and is only shown once in a while Summary, but will get the first action figure soon. Hasbro just revealed a six-inch Black Series action figure for the KX Security Droid, which will make its debut in the next game.
Security Droids were a major threat in Fallen Order and now look even more epic with a weapon that appears to be fuel-based. The tank on the droid’s back must be a weak point. This number belongs to Hasbro’s longstanding Gaming Greats line and will be sold exclusively at GameStop and can be pre-ordered starting July 28 at 1 p.m. ET.
Hasbro also announced a Cal Kestis Classic Collection character is in the works, and it gives us a clear look at the protagonist’s new outfit. At 3.75 inches tall, the figure has a nice array of joints and comes with a blue lightsaber and his BD-1 companion. As you can see, Cal is no longer wearing a poncho and has some facial hair. You can pre-order Cal from most retailers, including Hasbro Pulsebegins on July 23 at 5 p.m. ET.
The coolest part of the Cal figure is the blaster accessory. Is this a hint of Survivor featuring run and gun shooting along with the expected Jedi action? Or could it be a weapon he uses in a story sequence? We’ll have to wait to find out, but it’s an odd item when included in the action figure.
Hasbro also announced a new Battle Droid, which Cal can shred (or explode) within seconds. B1 Battle Droid is so linked that it can be collapsed into a dropship form. This number will be sold exclusively at GameStop and can be pre-ordered on July 28 at 1 p.m. ET.
This is a great start to a collection for a game that I can’t wait to get my hands on. Here’s hoping Hasbro will add more figures in the coming months. Who are the antagonists? That’s the big question I want to answer.
