I just want to say that I do a lot better than Shawn.”

Porter (31-3-1, 17 KOs), 34, of Akron, Ohio is a two-time welterweight champion who has won over Devon Alexander, Paulie Malignaggi, Adrien Broner and Danny Garcia, among others. . He lost challenging close fights for the title to Errol Spence Jr. and Keith Thurman, and in addition to being the underdog to Crawford, Porter is confident he can leave the ring with a win.

Porter said in a recent press conference: “He’s a dominating fighter. “I want to be the only boxer that he can’t dominate. Everything it takes to defeat Terence, I have. It’s time to take on this challenge.”
