UK Heatwave Force theme park Visitors can walk down the roller coaster
Unable to start the trip due to the evacuation process
The UK is experiencing severe heatwaves, with all-time record-breaking temperatures and power outages due to overheating equipment. As a result, some unfortunate people caught on roller coasters at Staffordshire’s AltonTowers theme park were forced to descend the stairs to reach the ground.
A guest named Dean shared an image of the unpleasant experience on Twitter. He wrote, “An Oblivion shuttle has stopped at the top, I’m sure the magic water bottles will flow straight out in this heat.”

The visitor created a Twitter thread with pictures of people stuck at the roller coaster until the evacuation took place.
According to the post, water bottles have been provided to those experiencing the excruciating heat.
He also said that the trip could not start because of the evacuation process. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the evacuation. The guests were provided with water bottles and harnesses to get to the ground.
A record heatwave caused transmitters to melt and train tracks in England to be damaged on Wednesday. Due to the high temperatures, train services have been severely disrupted across the UK.
