Next, fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan. Put oil in the same pan, saute chili and curry leaves. Puree the tomatoes and stir in the masala. Add the cooked chicken and let it bake in the masala for a while. When the masala is dry, add the chicken.
