Nigeria decides
Africa’s most populous country is preparing to hold a general election in February to decide on a successor to President Muhammadu Buhari at the end of his second and final term.
Bola Tinubucandidate of the ruling Radical People’s Congress, is expected to face a strong challenge from the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party Atiku Abubakarwho lost to Buhari in the 2019 election. Peter Obi of the Labor Party is also expected to be solid in the election campaign.

Sudan in transition?
