Ingredient:

1) 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

2) 1/2 cup spinach

3) 1/2 apple

4) 1/2 cup frozen banana

5) 1/2 cup water

Process of making detox drinks:

1) Place all ingredients in a blender including pineapple, spinach, apple, banana and water.

2) You can add ice cubes if you like it chilled.

3) Mix until smooth.

Finally, your banana pineapple detox smoothie is ready.
