At the RTW Kenzo Fall Winter ’22 show, Ye and Julia paired up in high fashion denim, sparking rumors.
Julia wore a Schiaparelli RTW Spring/Summer ’22 denim couture outfit with statement pieces of gold jewelry dangling from her ears. She paired the cropped cone bra-inspired jacket with a pair of baggy hybrid denim-boots. But what managed to steer the line away from this haute couture was her exaggerated smoky eye makeup.
On the other hand, Ye chose to combine an oversized denim jacket and jeans with black rubber boots.
It’s been quite a while since a couple (at least rumoured) has paired up to this extent on the red carpet. The last time anyone got together in denim was Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, who are quite memorable, wearing Canadian tuxedo at American Music Awards 2001. Both completed their outfits with black leather gloves.
Julia was also spotted, presumably after a fashion show, going out in Paris wearing a red Rick Owens leather dress with a thigh-high slit that made her silver metal boots fall. get the right amount of attention, along with her matching gloves. She still had her eye makeup from before and wore an oversized black leather jacket, as she posed next to Ye, who was seen in all-black leather, and with a pair of rubber boots .
At the Schiaparelli Haute Courite Spring Summer ’22 show, Julia and Ye continued their savoir-faire fashion in matching black outfits. Both wore custom Schiaparelli outfits, with Ye opting for an all-leather look with rubber boots and black glasses and a full-face black mask, and Julia “wearing a glossy calfskin coat with Tighter seams and thigh-high boots with trompe My toes in black leather, paired with Schiaparelli’s signature Padlock bag in gilded bronze,” as the brand shares on its Instagram account.
She paired it with the brand’s signature statement earrings. Her make-up is another variation on her previous look, this time with a shorter but thicker outfit and slicked back hair.

Earlier, Kim Kardashian sent a sweet thank you to her ex-husband when receiving her Fashion Icon award at People’s Choice Awards 2021said: “Thank you Kanye for really introducing me to the world of fashion,” before saying, “I love fashion and I am so inspired by so many people, but again, this is like a dream.”
For the awards ceremony, Kim wore a similar version of her boots, by Balenciaga, that Julia was seen with.
