21 luxury cars worth Rs 5 recovered, rackets run from Dubai: Dehi . Police

With the recall of 21 luxury cars, worth over Rs 5, a giant racket that was being shipped from Dubai was destroyed, Delhi Police said today, the Delhi Police said today. The time added that four people were arrested.
The investigation started after a Delhi man filed a car theft.
Police say the car theft has also affected the man’s four-year-old son, who is deeply distressed.
When the man got his stolen car back – decorated with balloons – in a gesture of joy by the police, the four-year-old was undoubtedly the happiest member of the family. “The child thanked us after the car was returned to his family,” police officer Abhinendra Jain said.
The image shows the boy inside the car with other luxury cars lined up around. In one video, the boy is seen holding a balloon and saying: “Thank you Delhi police!”
Several gang members, involved in this match, were operating from Manipur, Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut and Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, police said.
The theft case filed in the national capital prompted police to examine CCTV footage that led them to Aabid Amroha, one of the accused.
He was arrested along with three others: Johnson, a salesman from Manipur, Mohammed Ashraf from Meerut, and Salman from Indore.
Police said their gang leader, Sharik Husain, was operating from Dubai.
The stolen cars, including 10 Toyota Fortuners, were recovered from Imphal and Indore.
