It all starts with our thoughts. Reminding ourselves every day that we are worthy and beautiful the way we are as part of a daily routine can help build our confidence. You can journal, make notes after it, or even talk to yourself in the mirror! Which one suits you best.
2. Ditch The Scale
It’s time to say goodbye to weight. Constantly checking your weight will not benefit you. Remember, the numbers on the scale do not define your worth.
3. Not filtered
We know how tempting it is to use filters. You take a selfie and you see wrinkles, some scars, dimples here and there, stretch marks, and so on… but that only covers up the flaws we notice. The “imperfections” make you unique, make you real. You are perfect the way you are.
4. Focus on yourself
One thing we always need to keep in mind – never compare. Comparing yourself to others is probably the most unhealthy thing you can do. You have skills, talents, and unique traits that make you, you.
You can always admire and be inspired by others, just make sure you don’t lose your identity and individuality.
