“Hold the chopsticks from the top,” she says at the beginning of the video. Chef Pankaj goes on to explain: “Hold one stick firmly at your thumb and support it with your ring finger. Then place the second chopstick between your index and middle fingers and support it with your thumb. Now balance the edges of the chopsticks and practice.
