A page called @earthtalant shared on Instagram Reels a great way to remove coriander leaves. The source of the clip is unknown; however, it took Instagram by storm. The video went viral, reaching over 147 million views and 4.5 million likes.
In the cilantro hack clip, we can see a couple entering the kitchen. The man is sitting at the table with a plastic basket – the kind we usually use when buying fruits and vegetables. He took a sprig of coriander, then put it through the holes in the basket and pulled it out the other end. As such, all the coriander leaves are removed and fall directly into the basket. Coriander stems can then be stored and thrown away or used in other recipes.
