US says Russia tries to bypass Western sanctions through Turkey

US Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo told Turkish Deputy Finance Minister Yunus Elitas that Russian entities and individuals are trying to take advantage of Turkey to bypass Western sanctions over the war. of Moscow in Ukraine, the Finance Ministry said.
