Just two days before she passed away, Lisa steps out with mom Priscilla to support Austin in Golden Globes 2023where he won Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for his role as Elvis in Elvis.
On the January 10 red carpet, Lisa Marie had nothing but good things to say about Austin. “He was such a lover – a true lover, really,” she said Access Hollywood. “And offscreen is just as good as onscreen.”
That same night, upon accepting the coveted award, Austin sent a message of gratitude to Priscilla and Lisa Marie on stage.
“Thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me,” he said in his acceptance speech. “Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever.”
