There are few studios that are on top of their respective games like Mimimi. The words Shadow Tactics arrive Daredevil 3They have proven themselves masters of modern stealth strategy games and in 2023 they will be back with a brand new game, this time about pirates.
This is Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, will be released later this year. It doesn’t take long in the trailers below to see some familiar scenes: the mix of real-time action combined with stealth tactics and special powers is something Mimimi has perfected. over the past decade, and after trying some magic on their last game they’re fully committed to it now.

Aside from the obvious subject change, from one colorful historical era to another, this would all look like very familiar to fans Shadow Tactics and Daredevil 3. Which, let’s be clear, is a very good thing. Those two games have come so close that games can perfect a genre, so Shadow Gambit will mess things up around aspects of the Mimimi experience, not making changes overall.
Shadow Gambit will launch in late 2023 on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. And if you think I’ve been more exaggerated than usual when it comes to these games, know that I have a good reason. This is how I ending my impression of Daredevil 3:
I can’t speak highly enough of Desperados 3. It’s almost the perfect stealth experience, tense but not scary, powerful but not easy (there are some really hard parts, actually), and if this is the genealogy that Mimimi is building for themselves in this space, I can’t wait to see what happens next.
